Returns & Refunds

Because each ChicaCeramics piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Handmade pottery naturally includes slight variations in shape, size, color, glaze, and texture. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Damaged Orders

I carefully package each piece for shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll work with you to provide a replacement, when possible, or a refund.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or there is another problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can make it right.
